I have always lived in the Loire Valley region and have been living in Mont-près-Chambord for 35 years where i was elected representative of the town for two successive mandates. This experience allowed me to acquire a solid understanding of the village and it would be with great pleasure to share this with you, on foot or by bike. Discovery could include :

-A leisurely walk or ride covering a distance of roughly 5 km around Mont -près-Chambord where you can discover :

        ° (according to availabilities), apple and stawberry growers, local wine growers, angora goat breeders, barrelmaker

        ° the natural swimming pool

-If you prefer to discover the forest, Mont is localed on the crossroads of two major former royal, now state-owned forests.

-I could also advise you on popular local restaurants and places for young children.

-Our first meeting place is in front of the town hall, at a mutually agreed time.

I can also meet you in Bracieux, beautiful village or in Blois for a walk through the old districts.
